Overview
Mountain Jablanica has probably the most picturesque nature in Macedonia. The highest point is peak Crn Kamen with an elevation of 2258m. and the mountain is home to two glacial lakes.
After we arrive at the village of Gorna Belica, the hiking starts and the guide will lead the way in the village, through the forest and to the highest peak, all the while enjoying the breathtaking nature. At the peak we make a 15 min break and as a way of celebrating we offer rakija (Macedonian brandy) to all participants. From there we descend to one of the glacial lakes were we'll make 30 min break for lunch and a time to swim for the adventurers (optional). From the lake the hike is downhill in to the forest and back to the village making a complete circle.
This is a moderate 16 km hike with plenty of stops for resting and admiring the landscape.

What To Expect
Gorna Belica
After we pick you from your accommodation we arrive at village of Gorna Belica, where we park the car and we start with the hiking. From here to the peak we have about 3 hours of hike to the Peak.
5 Minutes • Admission Ticket Free
Crn Kamen is the highest point of Jablanica Mountain with an elevation of 2258 m., here to celebrate conquering this peak we offer a shot of rakija (Macedonian brandy) to the participants. After a 15 min. break we start to descent down to the lake, about 45 min walk. (15 min break)
15 Minutes • Admission Ticket Free
After descending from the highest peak we stop at this glacial lake called Vevchanska Lokva for a rest, and an option to swim in the lake. Afterwards we hike downhill in to the forest and back to the starting point - about 3 and half hours walk with rests along the way (30 min break)
30 Minutes • Admission Ticket Free
Gorna Belica
At the end we've made a full circle hiking and we are back at the village, getting ready to get you back to your accommodation. (5 min break)
