The price is applicable for pick-up / drop-off from Tokyo's 23 wards. Any other area will have an surcharge of JPY 5,000-20,000 to be paid before or on the day of the trip. - For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
