What To Expect
Learn how to cook live lobster while enjoying the ocean waves at your hands on cooking experience. Enjoy your feet in the sand steps from the oceans water. Start your activity with a Local Tequila Tasting and learn about its production in California. Make fresh lobster tacos, with fresh mango salsa. Put together your own versions of a black bean orzo salad using a variety of ingredients. Snack on chips, salsa and fresh guacamole will making your meal to feast on right there at the beach. Finish your meal off with homemade seasonal sorbet. So fresh you would think you had just picked the fruit yourself.
