Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, located at the confluence of the Potomac and Shenandoah rivers in West Virginia, is a site rich with American history. Established as a ferry point by Robert Harper in the mid-18th century, the town gained national prominence during John Brown's 1859 raid, an armed abolitionist attempt to initiate a slave revolt by seizing the U.S. Arsenal. Its strategic location made it a focal point during the Civil War, changing hands multiple times. Today, the park preserves this tumultuous history with historic buildings, museums, and battlefields. You can explore shops, enjoy famous ice cream or meals, and walk to the Point. It's a self-guided tour at your own pace. Meet your driver at the designated spot.

Orr’s Farm Market, in Martinsburg, West Virginia, is a cherished community landmark with a rich history. In the mid-1930s, George S. Orr, Jr. worked on his grandfather’s small farm. After serving in the Navy and meeting his wife Juanita, George and Juanita bought a 60-acre orchard in 1954. The farm expanded to over 1,000 acres under George's leadership. After his passing in 1989, Juanita and their sons continued the farm's growth. In 1995, the Orr family opened Orr’s Farm Market to share their fresh produce with the community. Now run by the third generation, the market offers seasonal fruit picking, fresh produce, homemade goods, and local products. Visitors can pick apples, peaches, and berries, enjoying a hands-on experience. IThis place is a cornerstone of the community, embodying family values and the joys of fresh, healthy food. Each visit celebrates the Orr family's enduring legacy. We may change the farm market if the business is not operational
