All hotels in downtown Reykjavik are in a no pick-up zone by the city. Therefore you will need to walk to the nearest bus stop. It should be a 2-5 minute walk from your hotel. To choose what bus stop. You will need to go to www.busstop.is and type in your hotel address and choose which bus stop you want to be picked from.
