What To Expect
Clients will be picked from their lodging place in the morning and driven to the check in point at the top of the gorge where the safety briefing will be done. After the safety briefing , clients will be required to complete the indemnity forms and hand over all their valuables for safe keeping. Clients will be helped to wear their rafting gear. Clients will then walk down the gorge to the starting point of the rafting trip. Clients will raft from rapid 1-21 which is from the boiling point to rapid 21. While rafting clients will asked to paddle through class III - V rapids. At rapid 21, clients will be requested to disembark from the rafts and hike-up the gorge, which is about 750ft while carrying their rafting gear. Water will be provided during the hike.
When the clients get at the top of the gorge , they will be served with lunch and soft refreshing beverages. After lunch , clients will be requested to get their valuables and board the vehicle back to their lodging place. This is a 45 minutes drive back to Livingstone Town.
