Our school staff will unveil these and other secrets for you during this 30 minutes experience. You will have to opportuniy to visit Mimo facilities, the pioneering culinary space in San Sebastián devoted to food tourism. We will finish our visit making a gilda that you can enjoy with a glass of txakolí or cider. Ongi etorri eta on egin!
