Your chance to try to work with the famous Murano Glass, especially the blowing technique which is the oldest and the best-known one.
Working the glass is extremely hard and it takes a long time to be able to do it, but this is going to be your first step into this world.
An expert glass master will take care of you, first showing you how the famous Murano glass works and then it’s your turn!
The glass Master will follow you during the experience.
After this experience, you will visit our showroom to see the big artworks produced in our factory.
It is a family-run glass factory, the oldest one still belonging to the founder.

Meeting And Pickup
Meeting point
Guests have to reach the Gino Mazzuccato Glass Factory, located at Fondamenta Manin 1. They enter the Glass factory and reach the main office or ask to any member of the team.
End Point
This activity ends back at the meeting point.
What To Expect
Once travelers reach the Gino Mazzuccato Glass factory, they will meet a member of our staff that will take care of them. The glass factory is located in a former Monastery, in the best location of the island, overlooking the Venice Lagoon. The activity will start by watching the Glass Master working. Travelers will see how he produces glass art pieces and then they will blow the glass along with the master.
During this experience there will be a member of our staff explaining about the glass history, the materials and the techniques of production.
After this experience they can visit the rest of the glass collection.
The glass blown by the travelers has no possibility to be taken away with them. That's because after it's been shaped and worked, the glass has to be cooled down slowly to be tempered and it takes about 24/48 hours.
