Pickup details
All passengers are required to check-in at our airport arrival desk (Desk no.18). When exiting the customs department of the airport, turn left and make your way to Desk 18 in the Airport Arrivals Lobby located in front of the Half-Moon VIP Lounge. A friendly representative will be there to greet you and check you in for your transfer.
What To Expect
Upon arrival to Jamaica, when exiting the customs department of the airport, turn left and make your way to Desk 18 in the Airport Arrivals Lobby located in front of the Half-Moon VIP Lounge. A friendly representative will be there to greet you and check you in for your transfer. Simply show a copy of your confirmation voucher (printed or electronic) and within a few minutes you will be escorted to your private vehicle and driver who will take great care of you on your way to Grand Palladium Resort.
Relax and enjoy your ice cold Red Stripe Beer or bottled water on what promises to be a pleasant journey to your hotel!
