Overview
First of all this is an interactive class ! All of our guests will have in front of them whatever a bartender uses (shakers, straners, mixing glasses etc.), secondly and more important you are going to make cocktails only with Greek traditional spirits such as mastiha, ouzo and tsipouro. Of course our expertise bartender will show you all the details !! Meanwhile small bites are waiting for you during the experience and a small gift is also waiting for you at the end !!

Activity will be held in our bar-restaurant( called "STOA"). It is three canavas (submerged constructions in the volcanic ash - aspa) that have been salt stores since 1902 and it is found underground the main square of Fira (next to the fish spa ) in a little alley !!

What To Expect
We are going to meet at Stoa Bar and we are going to show you how three unique greek cocktails are made....to be honest you are going to make them by yourselves because all of our guests (up to 8) is going to have in front of them all the equipment and tools as a bartender ! You are going to make three great Greek cocktails (with mastiha, tsipouro, and ouzo) of our Cocktail list (their names are Paradise, Philosophy, Logic) under the instructions of our experienced bartenders , accompanied with snacks !! Don't forget your great reminder gift leaving from Stoa !!!
