Overview
Enjoy a six course meal discovering what Greece sounds like in everything you taste and the other way around. A live music band takes you across the country while we bring each region to your plate. A first ever Greek food and music pairing held in a favorite local's spot of Pagrati neighbourhood!

Ramon is located between two cafe bars on each street corner, facing a very small park. Above us still hungs an old farmacy lettering wich you can see from across the street. Spyrou Merkouri 22 A, a central avenue of Pagkrati neighborhood, very close (4 mjnute walk) to Evangelismos metro station.

What To Expect
The idea is to take you on a journey through different parts of Greece while we match the music played by our band with flavours representing each region.
Some of the most talented musicians of the capital's traditional music bands joined forces with Ramon's Chef, Panagiotis Vasilatos—famous for his ability to match all time classics with today's trends. The result is this first ever Greek music & food n' spirits pairing experience.
There will be eating, drinking, singing and maybe dancing if anyone feels like it under the sounds of drums, lutes, violins and flutes. Appetizers, salad, main course and dessert along with spirits and liquors will open a window to the Ionian islands, the Peloponnese, Crete, the Cyclades, Thrace and Epirus ending up in the Aegean North and Asia Minor.
Don' t get confused though. This is not a show. It is an invitation to join our table. The experience cannot be delivered. We need to create it together. Forget about history classes, performances and costumes. It is never about a particular melody or a specific dish but rather about how everything interconnects. Feel the rhythm, then smell and taste a very different Greece, your own Greece
