In the "Val di Nievole", Tuscany, in the center of the chocolate valley there is a laboratory that produces according to the "Bean-to-Bar" method, that is, processing everything, from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bar, in the usual place. This way of working chocolate has now become synonymous with high quality artisan chocolate.
Tuscani Cioccolato is a direct importer of cocoa from Nicaragua, specifically from two regions of Nicaragua "La Dalia" and "Matiguas".
Throughout the chocolate transformation process, from roasting to tempering, we make sure to extract the maximum aromas from our Nicaraguan cocoa to obtain the most complex taste and enhance the qualities of our two types of single-origin Trinitarian cocoa.
We would be very happy to welcome you to our factory to see all the various stages of chocolate processing in order to bring the true taste of excellent artisan chocolate directly to your palate.
Look for the gate in front of the roundabout, then go to the left of the building to find the entrance on your right. Just ring the bell and someone will be there for you.
This activity ends back at the meeting point.
During the tour you will have the opportunity to see all the processes involved in transforming cocoa beans into amazing chocolate bars. During this period you will be accompanied by our tour guide who will explain all the machines and tools used in the world of "bean-to-bar" chocolate. At the end of our tour you will also have the tasting phase, where you will compare and evaluate all the different products made by our master chocolatier. The tour ends at the shop which allows you to choose your favorite dessert to take with you.
