- In principle, the fireworks display will be held rain or shine, but it may be postponed or canceled due to stormy weather. If the fireworks festival is postponed or canceled by the day before, the tour will be canceled and the travel fee will be refunded.
- If the fireworks display or the Hakone Pirate Ship is canceled after the tour departs, we will guide you to an alternative sightseeing spot. In that case, we will refund the price of the spectator seats for the fireworks display, but there will be no refunds for bus alternatives due to changes in the itinerary. In addition, there is no refund if it is canceled in the middle of the fireworks display.
- Cancellation of the fireworks display may be decided in the morning of the day of departure. We will contact you as soon as we can. At that time, we cannot bear the transportation expenses if you have already headed to the meeting place.
- Please refrain from using umbrellas when viewing fireworks. Please prepare rain gear by yourself (rain jacket, raincoat, etc.)
- If the boat is canceled due to weather, etc., the fireworks may be viewed on the ground. Thank you for your understanding.
- Due to the departure after watching the fireworks, we plan to arrive at each return location late at night. In the unlikely event that you arrive late and need to use a taxi or stay overnight, you will be responsible for your own expenses.
- In order to keep to the schedule, dinner will be served early, before 17:00. Please note that the dinner menu may change depending on available ingredients.
- Please note that lunch is not included in the tour price. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or purchase it at the service area, restaurant, food court, etc. at Gotemba Premium Outlets.
- If the number of participants is less than 25, or if the tour cannot be carried out due to force majeure such as a disaster or accident, the tour may be changed or cancelled up to 3 days before the start of the tour.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
