Learn how to make three different types of Sicilian pasta and a sweet serving of Sicilian dessert with the help of an expert instructor. Then toast your fellow chefs with some local red wine and sit down to enjoy the fruit of your labors. This small-group workshop is limited to 12 people to keep the experience as intimate as possible.

We meet and go to the market to buy our ingredients, you can chooese and customize your meal according to your preference. The ingredients chooses are always seasonal and local. We arrive home and prepare a full complete sicilian menu of four dishes. the Class is hand on in a very charming location, an apartment inside the noble Palazzo Asmundo a XVII cent. building just in front of the Cathedral of Palermo. During the class you will taste some local specialities and very good sicilian wines!
After about 2 hours working you will have lunch or dinner, confortable sitted inside the house or outdoor, enjoying a gorgeous vire on the Cathedral!
At the end you will receive a certificate signed by the chef and the chance to buy her cook book.
