Overview
By purchasing the day pass and selecting the date you wish to use it, you can join a wide range of classes throughout that day including Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Yoga, Fitness, Strength & Conditioning, plus use the gym.
We host a sparring class with ice bath on Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoons.
Our classes are open to all levels, beginners are very welcome
We teach all classes in English.
Our coaches and teachers are professionally qualified and fully licensed.
All of our classes are taught in a professional, modern training centre, with air conditioning and air purifiers. Shower, lockers and changing facilties are available.
The centre is located in the vibrant area of Tay Ho, near the famous West Lake, with many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, spas and hotels within walking distance.
Our centre is located aproximately 10 minutes away from the Old Quarter by motorbike taxi.
What's Included
- Gloves, shinguards, headguards, body pads and handwraps - if you have your own you can use it, but we have everything you will need for training available at the centre.
- Professional coach teaching the designated classes
- Unlimited access to the classes that are scheduled to take place that day Access to use the gym during non-class time
- Shower, locker, changing facility (bring a towel)
- If you are joining our sparring classes on Wednesday and Saturday you will need to purchase a mouthguard at reception for 200,000vnd (or bring your own).
- Transport / hotel transfer
- Bottle drinks
- Please bring your own toiletries and towel if you are going to use the shower facilities.
Meeting And Pickup
Meeting point
When traveling to the centre you should ensure that you use our address on any transport apps e.g. Grab Bike - 72 Xuan Dieu, Tay Ho, Hanoi We are located in the basement of the building, underneath a coffee shop and bakery. The building is called "Lake View Building".

What To Expect
One day class pass, join as many classes as you wish that day, plus gym access. Class schedule varies each day so be sure to choose the day you will get the most from your day pass!

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
