What To Expect

Whether you rent the rest of your equipment from us or have your own, it's important to make sure your lid is covered. Our helmets are unisex and are the same price for adult and juniors. Rental helmets come in a sleek black or gray. Helmet rental period is 24 hours. Pick up the night before you ski or ride and drop off the morning after your final rental day.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
