You will see breathtaking scenery of pristine mountains, primeval forests, blue rivers, and waterfalls. You will learn fascinating culture of hill tribes along Ho Chi Minh trails. This private tour follows off-the-beaten-track routes, takes you to unfamiliar places and hidden gems of Vietnam central highlands, shows you traditional culture of mountain tribes. You will also visit the Unesco historical sites of Nguyen royal family – the last dynasty of Vietnam.

Day 1: Hoi An or Da Nang to Prao mountain town

Prao
Kick off this adventure from your hotel in Hoi An or Da Nang. We'll drive 100 km / 62 miles to Prao, a small town on the mountain. Along the way, we'll stop to take pictures of the beautiful mountains, rivers, hydro dams, vegetations... We'll visit the Ko Tu tribal villages to learn about their fascinating mountain lifestyles that have been for thousands of years.

Day 2: Prao mountain town to A Luoi mountain town

We'll have breakfast in our homestay or at a local eatery. Our team will load your luggage on the vehicle and get everything ready for the trip. At 8.30am, we'll hit the road and drive 105 km (65 miles) to A Luoi, a mountain town. Along the way, we'll stop to take pictures of the majestic mountains, rivers, waterfalls, bee farms, cinnamon plantation, gum tree plantations... We'll cross beautiful bridges visit Ko Tu tribe villages and understand more about their history and culture. You'll see local women weaving traditional clothes from brocades and cotton.
