7:00 PM: Stop at some local restaurants for a traditional Vietnamese dinner in Hoi An such as : -Cao Lầu : This dish consists of chewy noodles, slices of pork, and greens, all topped with a crispy crouton. Bài Chòi is considered an important part of Vietnam's cultural heritage, and has been designated as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Vietnamese government. 9:00 PM: walking along the scenic Thu Bon River and getting on a small lantern boat for admiring the colorful lanterns floating on the water in the night . It is so beautiful ! you will have opportunity to take the most beautiful photos of the Hoi An night. 9:30 PM: we say good bye to you at the Hoi An ancient town .
