Overview
During this experience you will learn how to cook real handmade pasta, one of the most popular southern Italian dishes in the world. The kitchen lab in which the lesson takes place has been specially created to make the experience lively and inclusive, focused on conviviality in true Italian style.
Instead, the location is in the centre not far from Naples and easily reached by public transport: area of Portici, with its beautiful Royal Palace is right opposite the place where you will be cooking.
You will start your experience from an italian apéritif together with your cooking group and the chef with a professional chef, and have fun mixing and cooking the famous gnocchi or tagliatelle from Campania. You will have fun learning the ancient secrets of making some of the oldest dishes in local cuisine.
After you have finished cooking the planned recipes, all that remains is to cook your pasta and enjoy it all together with some good local wine.

What To Expect
Our Pasta Cooking Class is a proposal to discover the ancient traditions of Campania cuisine in a typically Italian atmosphere and a location created ad hoc for an immersive experience.
The cooking class takes place in the context of the historical centre of Portici, with the backdrop of the Reggia di Portici, one of the residences of the Bourbons, which is a treasure trove of artistic and historical treasures.
You will be welcomed with an Italian-style aperitif and snacks. Afterwards, you will begin your cooking lesson with a professional chef, and have fun kneading and making the famous gnocchi or tagliatelle from Campania. You will have fun learning and the ancient secrets of making some of the oldest dishes in local cuisine.
The completion of this experience will then be the tasting of the prepared dishes accompanied by a good wine from Campania.
