Welcome to Annecy. Come and discover the Venice of the Alps through two unique activities: Treasure hunt: The Grand Tour. Come to the Mystères du Lac to collect your game book! As a family with young children or with friends, explore the city of Annecy for 2 hours of adventure. You will discover all the mysteries of the city of Annecy as a team (2 to 5 players recommended). Please note, this game is not offered in a multi-team format and is therefore not intended for large groups. Come explore Annecy through a fun and cultural treasure hunt. Premium shopping reception at the Courier shopping center: Also meet at the Courier shopping center. You will benefit from reductions in the center's stores thanks to the tourist pass, a shopping bag, 13% tax refund (for non-EU nationals) and a surprise gift. On presentation of your voucher: To collect your treasure hunt: Le Grand Tour, go to Mystère du Lac at 23 Rue Sommeiller, 74000 Annecy. For your shopping trip, go to the Courier shopping center and report to the center reception.

What To Expect

Premium shopping reception at the Courier shopping center: 65 Rue Carnot, 74000 Annecy.

Courier Shopping Center is closed on Sundays, with hours of 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Les Mystères du Lac: closed Monday and Tuesday, open from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends. The game takes place mainly in the Old Town (alleys, banks of the Thiou, Place Ste Claire, etc.), the castle and ends on the banks of the Lake at the Jardins de l'Europe and the Pâquier.
The shopping day and the treasure hunt can be done separately. Once you have collected the treasure hunt from Mystères du Lac, you are free to do it according to your schedule. We nevertheless recommend doing it at the start of your stay to discover the city of Annecy while having fun.
