Chef Taciana has gained experience as a line cook, station chef and kitchen manager, working in hotels, fast-casual restaurants, upscale private dining spaces and yacht clubs. She is excited to share her culinary knowledge and expertise with both cooking novices and aspiring chefs. This sushi-making class in Ft. Lauderdale offers a fun, hands-on experience in a lively and casual craft brewery setting, renowned for its creative brews and relaxed atmosphere. Under Chef Taciana's guidance, you'll start by mastering the preparation of perfect sushi rice. Then, you'll move on to slicing and layering ingredients to create two delectable sushi rolls: a salmon roll with smoked salmon, cream cheese, cucumber, scallions and bagel seasoning, and a veggie roll featuring cucumber and avocado. The class culminates in a beautiful and tasty presentation of your handmade sushi.
