What To Expect
After enjoying the handmade soba experience, the Japanese chef will serve you tempura and Hokkaido sika deer meat shabu-shabu (game meat)! In addition, the sake master (sake sommelier) will be offering 3 types of Hokkaido limited edition sake! This is a luxurious Japanese food experience plan. Japanese food that has become a world heritage site! Among the Japanese cuisine, there is a plan where you can enjoy the popular soba noodles, tempura, and even sake.
Ingredients used are carefully selected Hokkaido ingredients.

Afterwards, you will enjoy tempura and shabu-shabu made by a Japanese chef, and three types of limited edition Hokkaido sake selected by a sake sommelier.To finish off your meal, you will enjoy soba noodles that you made yourself.
