You'll participate in experiential dining at this Michelin-designated Bib Gourmand restaurant.
The evening includes a tour of the restaurant and a behind-the-scenes look at the tandoor and the naan-making process.
The menus have been carefully selected by the chef to take guests on a flavor adventure that journeys across India, picking up spices and specialties from all over the country. Expect an extensive tasting menu, welcome bubbles, a wine pairing, and cocktail options.
Linger over dessert with Chef Vikram joining you for a chai and a chat!
Ask questions about his extensive culinary experience, his time as a Dragon on Dragon’s Den, what it was like to judge on Food Network's various shows, or his favorite place to travel.
You'll finish the evening with full bellies and giddy from the warmth and personal touch of the chef’s hospitality.
Although guests will enjoy their dinner at a private table, the tour and chat will happen with any other guests participating.

What To Expect
Spend the evening with Celebrity Chef Vikram Vij at his Michelin recommended Bib Gourmand restaurant Vij's. This cookbook author, speaker and Food Network judge welcomes guests with a toast to the evening and the introduction of a popular street food that is popped in the mouth before exploding with flavour. This sets the stage for the animated story-telling behind each of the chef-selected dishes. The evening is capped off with a special chat over dessert and chai, where guests have their burning questions answered about the chef’s experience on Dragon’s Den, his most memorable culinary travels, his favorite recipe, or even a secret cooking tip!
