Our first stop will take us to the world-famous Fairy Pools. We aim to get her earlier than the crowds so that you can have a more enjoyable experience. These crystal-clear rock pools are fed and connected by a series of waterfalls, originating from the nearby Black Cuillin Mountains. We will allow around 90 minutes to explore the fairy pools. The initial walk is up hill and of moderate intensity, so this part of the trip will not be suitable for those with mobility issues. It will take around 15-20 minutes to walk to the first of the fairy pools from the carpark. There are more pools to explore further up the path. If you don’t feel that the fairy pool walk is for you, then our driver will take you to an alternative location not far away!

Our next stop on the Isle of Skye will take us to an area filled with folklore and natural beauty. Wash your face in the magical water at Sligachan bridge or simply marvel at the imposing Cuillin Mountain Ridge behind. We will also show you some of the best angles for getting an unbelievable photo. (That’s if the misty isle doesn’t live up to its name and swallow the mountains!)

Our guide will give you background on this magical place and then give you time to experience it for yourself.
