Overview
It will be taken place in standing izakayas in Kyobashi, a locally very popular drinking district but not known for tourists which is filled with small, local favorite restaurants and bars. Eat and drink like a local in these hidden gems while interacting with friendly Osaka locals!
With your local host, you will be encouraged to try old-school izakaya foods and interact with locals in a way that you otherwise wouldn't. We will go to 2-3 standing izakayas in Kyobashi for you to try various Japanese and Osaka local foods.
The places I will take you to have no English signs or menus, but not to worry, I will translate them for you! By the end of the tour, you'll be able to order your own next round of food and drinks! Also, you most likely end up drinking with locals.

- It depends on how much you eat and drink. It's a courtesy in Japan to order one drink/food per place/person. It's usually in the range of 1,000 to 3,000 yen per place/person.

By the main front door of Keihan Mall (NOT Keihan City Mall), found at an open space between JR and Keihan Kyobashi Stations. You will see a 3-story green bike parking in front and short stairs on the right (34°41'50.6"N 135°31'59.6"E on Google Maps).

What To Expect
One of 2 to 3 standing izakayas. You will get to try many kinds of typical izakaya food. This place is always packed with 'saralyman' who are regulars to this place. You will experience the first ordering in Japanese.
