This traditional village on Jeju Island has been preserved as it was in olden days with impressive piles of stones designed to protect roofs from the wind. The buildings have been designated important folk relics because these castles and homes that were built to prevent a Japanese invasion have remained intact the Joseon Dynasty. Folk Village is optional. You can select Jeju folk village museum

Seopjikoji

Natural Place Seopjikoji is located at the end of the eastern shore of Jeju Island and boasts a fantastic scenery especially in April when yellow canola flowers are in full bloom. "Seopji" is the old name for the area, and "Koji" is Jeju dialect meaning a sudden bump on land. Seopjikoji can be replaced with Sangumburi on October to December

Seongsan Ilchulbong

UNESCO Heritage Including Women Diver Show Seongsan Ilchulbong, also called ‘Sunrise Peak’, is an archetypal tuff cone formed by hydrovolcanic eruptions upon a shallow seabed about 5 thousand years ago. Situated on the eastern seaboard of Jeju Island and said to resemble a gigantic ancient castle, this tuff cone is 182 meters high, has a preserved bowl-like crater and also displays diverse inner structures resulting from the sea cliff.

Hamdeok Beach

The beach is considered one of Jeju's top three beaches. To the western end of the beach, there is a bridge built over the water. Additional amenities include a grassy field perfect for picnics and a coastal walking trail. In particular, many people visit during summer evenings to enjoy the night sea. Seoubong Volcanic Cone is beautiful in spring when it is covered in yellow canola blossoms. Climbing up to the summit offers fantastic views of the entire area, including Hallasan Mountain on clear days.

Eco Land Theme Park

Eco Land Theme Park is a place where you can enjoy approx. 991,735㎡ of Gotjawal virgin forest in the Lincoln Locomotive handmade in England using Baldwin as the model, which is the steam locomotive of the 1800’s. The Gotjawal Forest in Gyorae, where Eco Land is located, not only contains large amounts of underground water, but has high heat conservation and moisturizing effect, so it is a forest of mystery where the nature from both northern and southern limit line co-exist. You can enjoy the greatness of nature, which has covered the rocks of volcano, and covers up even the sky to make it to be the haven of animals and plants. Manjang Cave [UNESCO World Heritage] is presently closed for construction to prevent falls. It is slated to reopen in August 2025. Throughout the construction phase, it will be substituted by either 'Jeju Stone Park' or 'Eco land Theme Park'.

Manjanggul Cave

This is the world's largest known lava tube created by volcanic activity. You can feel the magnificence of the landscape that resembles being inside an underground place. The especially exquisite Stone Turtle that resembles Jeju Island is particularly popular. In case of closing of Manjanggul Lava Tube (the first Wednesday of every month) Jeju Haenyeo Museum will be alternative tour course) Manjang Cave [UNESCO World Heritage] is presently closed for construction to prevent falls. It is slated to reopen in August 2025. Throughout the construction phase, it will be substituted by either 'Jeju Stone Park' or 'Eco land Theme Park'.

Hyeopjae Beach

Hyeopjae Beach, encircled by lush pine forests, seamlessly extends into Geumneung Beach. The beach features smooth white sand, shallow waters, and a gentle slope ideal for swimming. Camping is available at Songlim, along with various amenities. The view of the emerald-colored sea and the distant Biyangdo Island offers magnificent scenery, with the sunsets being particularly breathtaking.

Hallim Park

Hallim Park is a well-known tourist attraction in Jeju and holds monthly flower-related events. One of the highlights during the spring season will be the Hallim Park Tulip festival whereby there will be various species of tulips, such as Apeldoorn, Shirley, Kees Nelis, Barcelona, Pink Diamond and more. Besides, you can also taste bibimbap decorated with the colourful tulips

Yongmeori Coast is a volcanic beach made of ash emitted during violent explosions occurring when hot magna coming from underground met the cold seawater. Going down the narrow path to the beach, you can also see a sandstone cliff. Its name, Yongmeori (it literally means a dragon’s head) comes from its resemblance to a dragon appearing ready to plunge deep into the sea. Entrance may not be permitted during rising tides or bad weather. In case of closing of Yongmeori Coast (during rising tides or bad weather) Mt. Songaksan will be alternative tour course.

Cheonjeyeon Falls

Cheonjeyeon Falls, named "The Pond of God," consists of 3 sections. Around the falls, a variety of plant life thrives, such as the rare ‘solimnan’ reeds. To the east, there is a cave where cold water pours from the ceiling to create the first waterfall. The water gathers into a pool and from there, falls two more times, creating the second and third waterfalls, which then flow into the sea.

As the world’s first horse-theme park, Raon The Ma Park performs permanent horse-riding performance, “Empire of Thousand Years. Oh! Goguryeo Dynasty”, which is based on the life of Jumong, the founder of Goguryeo Dynasty. It also has high-quality horse-riding facility available from beginner to expert. You can enjoy various contents related to horses.

Segowipo Maeil Olle Market

Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market is the largest market in Seogwipo. It is a traditional market that was formed in the early 1960s and is a mainstay in the Seogwipo economy. Starting from 2001, the market expanded its shopping center and now stretches over 620 meters in length. The interior of the market is designed in such a way that visitors can easily navigate through shops and vendors. For customers' ease, the market offers free delivery service as well as cultural programs and outdoor performances.

Oedolgae

Oedolgae Rock, 20 m in height, is the first thing that you will see when you look at the rocks surrounding Namju’s Haegeumgang River and the Seogwipo Chilshipri Coast. About 2 km away to the west of Seogwipo City there is Sammaebong Parsitic Volcano and Oedolgae Rock, which stands on a beautiful shore near the mountain, and was formed when a volcano erupted and changed the island’s landscape about 150,000 years ago. Since it is a strong rock carved by wave erosion, it is called a sea stack. At the peak of the island, there are pine trees that are regenerating.

Daepo Haean Jusangjeolli Cliff

Jusangjeolli Cliff [UNESCO GEO Park] The columnar joints in the Jungmun Tourism Complex were designated as Natural Monument #433 on December 27, 2004. They look like a large folding screen with black hexagon stone pillars. When you visit here and look at the columnar joints with beautiful ocean waves crashing against them, you will be mesmerized by nature's greatness.

Yakcheonsa Temple

eju Yakcheonsa Temple is the largest temple in Asia. Originally a small hermitage named Yaksuam, it was named Yakcheonsa because of a famous mineral spring ('Yaksu') nearby. It enshrines tombstones of two royal couples from the Joseon Dynasty: King Munjong and his consort, and King Yeongchin and his consort. The temple also offers temple stays for both Koreans and foreigners.
