About Universal Studios Japan Round Transfer (from Osaka urban area), you can arrange your own time, just talk about the pick-up and drop-off time with our driver or our customer service staff, but please remember to let us know in advance.
You can choose the option called "Within Osaka urban area" if you want to go to Shinkansen Station from Osaka.
Your driver will be waiting for you at a scheduled time, and you will travel comfortably to your destination. The free waiting time is 30 minutes.

One day before the trip, you will receive the phone number of your driver for your convenience.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
