Would you like to spend a beautiful day in the romantic forestry area near Prague and enjoy beautiful views of the river while walking? In just 1 hour by train you are outside the city in the natural environment of the protected landscape area of ?eský kras.
Dense forests, massive rocks and ruins as well as the wide and calm Berounka River flowing through the whole of the K?ivoklát region – this is how you could describe one of the most beautiful regions. Get to know this emerald gem of Europe – the Protected Landscape Area of K?ivoklát – and discover the history of the Gothic K?ivoklát Castle.
One of the places to visit is the village of Zbe?no. The local landmark is the timbered house Hamous?v statek. Its history dates back to the 16th century and is thus one of the oldest farms in the former lands of the Czech Crown.
We will set out in the morning from our meeting point in Prague and come back with all our wonderful experiences in the evening, just in time for dinner.

Krivoklat Castle
Dense forests, massive rocks, mysterious castles and ruins as well as the wide and calm River Berounka flowing through the whole of the Křivoklátsko region – this is how you could describe one of the most beautiful regions lying on the border of Central, West and North Bohemia. Get to know this emerald gem of Europe – the Protected Landscape Area of Křivoklátsko – and discover the history of the Gothic Křivoklát Castle. Located in the pretty Berounka region Krivoklat, dating back to the 12th century is one of the oldest and most important castles in the country. In this region intersected by a great number of hiking routes, hops of the highest global quality and with a subtle aroma are also cultivated.

We can visit Folk architecture monument - Hamous farm Farmhouse with timbered dwelling house, brick stables, stables with granary, barn in the history of the town dating back to the time of their Přemysl. Zbečno was the center of the princely forest and royal court, until the leading role was given to the castle Křivoklát.
