He has attended several courses on how to prepare Neapolitan-style pizza and now he would like to introduce this wonderful art to everyone. Join Alessandro in his beautiful home to share a pizza accompanied by a glass of locally brewed beer and a traditional Sicilian entrée. He is excited to share his love for cooking with travelers and teach them his process of creating a contemporary pizza.

What To Expect
This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. In your contemporary pizza making class in Catania, join Alessandro in his home kitchen and to learn make pizza from scratch. Alessandro is a connoisseur of modern-day pizza and in your pizza making class he will teach you to make the perfect contemporary pizza. First prepare the dough, then after rolling out the dough, you can choose your toppings: fresh ingredients that are in season and of the highest quality. Then bake your pizza in the oven and later join Alessandro at the table to share the pizza you cooked accompanied by a glass of excellent locally brewed beer and a traditional Sicilian entrée.
