You will learn how to produce the most famous liqueur of Sardinia, following a recipe appreciated by the numerous customers of the liqueur factory that will host us. You will discover its fantastic colour, taste and aroma.
Once the visit of the production area is completed, with the guidance of an expert, you will try your hand at preparing artisanal myrtle, following the recipe of the liqueur factory. At the end of the activity each of you will be able to take home 1 bottle of 10 cl of the myrtle you produced.
We meet directly at the liquor factory. There is no transport, but I can advise you how to reach it.

The experience includes a visit to an emerging Artisan Liquor Factory located in Dolianova, about 20 km from Cagliari. Italy boasts a long tradition in the production of artisan liqueurs in every part of the boot and Sardinia is no different. In fact, our region is famous beyond national and international borders for the "Mirto", a fresh and fragrant liqueur, obtained from a typical plant of the Mediterranean scrub, normally served cool at the end of meals. The berries for its production are harvested in the countryside during the winter season, they are cleaned, washed and then infused for about 40 days.
Once the visit of the production area is completed, with the guidance of an expert, you will try your hand at preparing artisanal myrtle, following the recipe of the liqueur factory. At the end of the activity you can take home a 10 cl bottle of the myrtle you produced.
After discovering all the secrets of production, we will conclude the visit with a tasting of 3 liqueurs and 1 drink.
