Overview
Walk among the tinajas of this historic winery that continues to produce wine the old-fashioned way and local to the region.
We'll teach you about winemaking practices, both old and new as you walk among the tinajas in the cave of this winery built in the 1880s.
After showing you a bit of history, we'll head upstairs to finish the tour with a guided tasting of 3 wines, typically consisting of a white, rosé and red.
After our visit, we'll head to the main square of Chinchón to enjoy a delicious lunch prepared at one of Chinchón's finest restaurants. Lunch consists of starters, mains (meat or fish), dessert, coffee, and a refreshment.
After lunch, we'll take a walk through Chinchón to learn about some of its curiosities.
This is the perfect day to enjoy a little bit of everything in a relaxing and slower-paced environment.

Visit to a winery built in the 1880s where we'll explain the histrocial winemaking practices local to the winery, one method of which is still in use to today. Walk among the tinajas in an underground winery before heading upstairs to see more modern winemaking practices before finishing with a tasting of 3 wines.

We eat in the main square of Chinchón where you'll be served an assortment of starters to share and with a main course of eiher fish or meat. Lunch will finish with dessert and coffee and you'll be able to enjoy a glass of wine and water with your meal.

We'll take a walk around Chinchón to learn a little more about the history of the village.
