A graduate of the California Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, Chef Tim began his career in fine dining at a renowned restaurant in the picturesque Livermore Valleyand and served as a private chef in San Francisco. Nowadays, Chef Tim enjoys sharing pasta-making tutorials with fellow foodies. This hands-on pasta-making class takes place at a venue renowned for its warm atmosphere and exceptional food and drink offerings. Under Chef Tim's expert instruction, you'll begin by preparing fresh pasta dough and then create a savory Aglio Olio sauce with garlic and olive oil. The class concludes with combining your homemade pasta and sauce for a delicious Italian meal.
