Arrive early: It is advisable to arrive at the airport well in advance to avoid any delay. Be sure to plan enough time to get to the airport, find parking or use public transportation, and walk to the arrival terminal.

Reservation confirmation: Once the reservation is made, the passenger will receive a confirmation of the same. This confirmation can be sent by email, text message or through the app, and must include reservation details such as departure date and time, pickup location, and destination address.
