Picking someone up at the airport can be an exciting and rewarding experience. For everything to go smoothly, it's important to pay attention to details and plan ahead. Here are some steps to follow: Check flight details: Before you go to the airport, be sure to check the flight details of the person you are picking up, including arrival time, flight number, and airline. This will allow you to plan your arrival at the airport well in advance. Identify the place of arrival: Find out in which terminal and gate the flight will arrive. Many airports have multiple arrival terminals and gates, so it is important to confirm this information to avoid confusion. Arrive early: It is advisable to arrive at the airport well in advance to avoid any delay. Be sure to plan enough time to get to the airport, find parking or use public transportation, and walk to the arrival terminal. Prepare to receive the person: Make sure you have your cell phone turned on and charged, so you can communicate with the person you are going to pick up if necessary. It's also a good idea to bring a banner with the person's name on it in case you don't recognize them at first sight. What To Expect
Reservation confirmation: Once the reservation is made, the passenger will receive a confirmation of the same. This confirmation can be sent by email, text message or through the app, and must include reservation details such as departure date and time, pickup location, and destination address.
Pickup: On the day and time of the scheduled departure, the assigned driver will arrive at the pickup location specified in the reservation. The driver must be identified and easily recognized by the passenger. In some cases, the driver may call the passenger to confirm the pickup location.
Boarding the vehicle: Once the driver arrives at the pickup location, the passenger must board the vehicle. The driver must help the passenger with their luggage, if necessary.
Transfer to destination: The driver will take the passenger to the destination specified in the reservation. During the transfer, the driver must respect all traffic regulations and ensure that the passenger reaches his or her destination safely and comfortably.
Unloading: Once the destination is reached, the driver will help the passenger get out of the vehicle and unload their luggage, if necessary.
