We'll meet in a small circular park in the Condesa neighborhood. The park is called Citlatepetl Square, and you can find it on Google Maps using this link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/PYTzmq8A81zN5FDZ6.
This activity ends back at the meeting point.
After taking the Metro subway, we're going to take a walk in the flower market. During the Day of the Dead, this means many vendors with the most popular flowers for decorating altars and offerings, such as marigolds, carnations, cempasuchils and others. The atmosphere is unique, colorful, filled with papel picado (cut paper decorations), families buying flowers, and, of course, the classic fruits and vegetables that are common in this market. We will have an esquite here, the famous corn snack we love so much.

Our last stop is Alameda Square and Palacio Bellas Artes. Did you know it's the oldest urban park on the continent? Here, we'll admire the space, the surrounding buildings, the sounds, and we'll see altars and people in costumes. It's a very joyful and colorful day in the city. Would you like to join us and grab fresh baked pan de muerto? From here, you can either continue on your own or return with me to Condesa.
