Overview
The experience aims to give you a touch of fitness practice/learning to improve your future well-being. The activity takes place in a mixture of Monsanto nature and urban views. We will go nearby Aqueduto and will find strawberries trees in the road.
With this experience, we propose the nature perspective of Lisbon and our goal is to show you this scenario.
You shouldn't worry about your fitness performance because we will adapt to your fitness level and age. The main goal is to balance your aerobic exercise, get to know Monsanto and make you feel fun.

When pick up is not required, we will start the experience at Parque do Calhau in Monsanto and we will be branded by the Wolves United flag.

What To Expect
1. Welcome with brief presentations. Some preparation and warm-up exercises for walking.
2. Walk adapted to the group with a total distance of around 5km, mobility exercises, elasticity, body posture. This walk will allow you to observe the local flora, namely the strawberry trees.
3. End of activity with mobility exercise to return calm and muscle relaxation.

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
