Please meet me 5 minutes before the given time in front of the Forte da Ponta Bandeira close to Batata Beach. You will recognize me as I will bring the Yoga mats. In case we still don't find each other, please call me or drop me a whatsapp message.

What To Expect
Start your day with a revitalizing outdoor morning yoga class at the beautiful Batata Beach in Lagos. This is a hatha based class including some dynamic yoga elements in order to strength our core body, stretch out, release stress and just improve our general health at a beautiful environment. The program is designed for all level yogis, who would like to stay fit during their holiday. We opened classes in Portimao and Salema as well! We offer Sunset Yoga, FullMoon Yoga, Private Yoga, SUP Yoga, SUP Tours and Outdoor Fitness as well :)
