Overview
Qigong is the art of life-energy cultivation through mindful movement and breathing. Engaging in this activity in a sacred location with wonderful energies, one of Sardinia's most suggestive archeological sites, promises a unique experience.
Let's practice the Eight Cycles together, a gentle movement sequence suggested by Qigong Master Robert Peng, followed by a meditation.

Meeting And Pickup
Meeting point
The Park of Santa Cristina is near Paulilatino, along the SS 131 (E25). Take the Santa Cristina exit and follow the indications to the park's parking lot, which is our meeting point at 8:30 a.m. You'll get your yoga mat and meditation cushion here, and we will enter the park together.

What To Expect
Qigong is the art of energy cultivation.
Let's practice the Eight Cycles together, a gentle movement sequence suggested by Qigong Master Robert Peng, followed by a meditation.
While you connect with and absorb the intensity, purity, and high frequency of Sardinia's energy near the Well of Santa Cristina, a sacred place since the dawn of time, you’ll elevate your own vibration.
In the second part of the session, you'll learn two breathing techniques: Xi-breathing to introduce meditation and Ocean Whispers to float in the endless sea of Qi.
Meditation cushions, yoga mats, blankets, and water are provided.
No previous experience in Qigong or meditation is needed.
Difficulty level: easy
Wear comfy clothing.
The Park of Santa Cristina entry fee, 7 EUR, is extra and must be paid upon arrival at the ticket office.
