We only use the original recipe for Neapolitan Pizza. That means that every single ingredient is compliant with the specifications to call it Neapolitan DOC Pizza.
As in the wood-burning oven we use only 100% beech wood and not mixed wood as usual in restaurants, the flavour will be really unique!

Together we will make the dough with the best flour and yeast on the market. We will use only real and fresh smoked buffalo mozzarella for the pizza (never entered the refrigerator). We choose the flavors together. I usually prefer Margherita, Margherita with Bolognese ragout, sausages and Friarielli, sausage and baked potatoes, potatoes and porcini mushrooms, parmigiana eggplants. Indicate the 3 flavors chosen in the booking notes. In the wood-burning oven we use only 100% beech wood.
