The meeting point is inside Skylon Tower. If your ticket includes the Tower, use it before the walking tour. Be ready 10mins before departure. We recommend you use the main doors from Parking Lot A. Walk past Guest Services, take the first right hallway. The VOX City booth and reps await you there.

- Please arrive 10 minutes early to collect your printed vouchers from your tour guide. Your walking tour will depart from Skylon Tower
- After the walking tour ends, there is a 20-minute break. Your tour guide will not escort you to Journey Behind the Falls. Please ensure you arrive at Journey Behind the Falls on time
- During the 20-minute break, your tour guide will be confirming your entry at Journey Behind the Falls and collecting the official ticket on your behalf. Rejoin your guide outside Journey Behind the Falls promptly after the break to collect your entry ticket, and join the queue for Journey Behind the Falls.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
