Spend time with a real Kazakh family and learn horsemanship skills with the horses that are kept on the property - they are the pride and joy of this family. The whole pack came from one stallion and one mother. This herd is of the Orlov breed, they are all thoroughbreds. All are smart, beautiful, calm, trained and well taken care off. Looking at them is a joy, as is taking care of them and riding them. A joy we hope you share with you, hopeful visitor. Spend some time away from the city, see how horses are still a part of people's lives in Kazakhstan. After becoming friends with your loyal steed, you will enjoy a scenic ride around the Mausoleum of Kabanbai Batyr and feel the wind in your hair!
This experience includes a private hot sauna at the end of the ride, a delicious traditional Kazakh lunch and dinner, as well as pick up and drop off from the city center of Astana.

This is the meeting spot, we cannot say in advance who exactly it will be, but you be driven to Nomad Ranch, which is located in the village of Kabanbai Batyr, 30 minutes away from the city. At the end, you will driven back.

What To Expect
For those who yearn to experience the spirit of nomads, embark on an exhilarating horseback expedition through the vast expanses of the Kazakh steppe!
Immerse yourself in the rich traditions of this region, savoring authentic cuisine and warm hospitality, while learning how to ride beautiful and calm horses - they are the pride of the modern nomad family that is keeping horse breeding traditions alive.
First part of the activities is horse riding lesson at the property, where you will master the basics skills of horsemanship. During the break, you can enjoy a traditional, homemade Kazakh lunch, get comfortable at the property, and see life in a small village outside the capital.
For the second part of the day, you will saddle up and embark on a thrilling expedition around the mausoleum of Kabanbai Batyr, after whom the village is named. You will learn the history surrounding him
Upon the end of your exploration, unwind and rejuvenate in a traditional sauna. Let the heat and steam wash away the soreness. After your sauna, an authentic local Kazakh dinner is served to you.
At the end of the day, you will transported back to the place where you were originally picked up from.
