Our mission is to showcase Scotland's finest by championing smaller, independent distilleries. While Scotland is renowned for its whisky, it is also home to a variety of craft distilleries producing exceptional artisan gins, each a testament to Scotland's natural botanicals. Leave with a newfound love for these classic spirits.

What To Expect
Join us for an evening of decadence with our Cask & Cure pairing events. Enjoy a grazing platter of the finest local meats, seafood and cheeses each perfectly paired with your choice of whisky or gin for an experience rich with Scottish culture. Our expert hosts will guide you through the tasting notes and pairings, as well as recalling stories of the distilleries that created them.

Please note that all guests must be 18 years of age or older and must be able to prevent valid ID. Guests who are unable to provide valid ID when asked, or arrive intoxicated, will not be permmited to take part in the experience and in this instance tickets will not be refunded.
