What To Expect
Discover the secrets of authentic Andalusian paella, from the picturesque village of Ojen to the serenity of our family finca in the Sierra de las Nieves.
Activity program:
Meeting point in Ojen - (transport options to Ojen possible)
Visit the village of Ojen: Museo Molino, las Cuevas, Plaza de la Iglesia... - 45 min.
Arrival at our family Finca located in the heart of the Sierra de las Nieves Park (protected by UNESCO).
Welcome aperitif: beers & wines from the region, tortilla española and salad.
Introduction & History of paella while enjoying the aperitif.
Show-cooking paella: Our Maestro Arrocero starts preparing paella right in front of your eyes.
Tasting seafood paella in a friendly atmosphere, under our pergola overlooking the mountains.
