What To Expect
We meet in Lecce at our location Balu', a cozy supper club in the heart of the old town.
A culinary coach will teach students in English how to make a pasta dough from scratch. You can take the pasta home at the end of the class.
While making the pasta, your coach will explain you how to make a pasta dough using simple ingredients and no pasta machine.
After the hands-on class, you will taste the famous local pastry Pasticciotto and sip, just like a local, the traditional Caffé Leccese, a cold coffee with almond milk.
