We will be happy to welcome you on our gastronomic tour and start with a small theoretical explanation accompanied by a welcome drink, between a red, a white, a prosecco or a soft drink.
You will start with the choice of pasta, the choice of different pasta shapes and a seasoning of your choice. While waiting for cooking, we will then continue with the preparation of the Tiramisu, discovering the variations on this typical Italian dessert.
Finally, the most beautiful part that sets us apart will be being able to enjoy the result of your work, comfortably seated in the restaurant enjoying the historical beauty of Rome.
With us you will learn to recognize, above all, quality foods and the difference between organic and processed foods. Our aim is precisely to pass on, thanks to the secrets of our grandmothers, the family tradition of Roman cuisine.
