While the pasta rests, you and Ariella will craft a seasonal sauce using local and organic ingredients. In winter, savor the flavors of funghi or pumpkin, while summer brings the freshness of cherry tomatoes and basil.
As the pasta is stretched and prepared for cooking, Ariella will demonstrate two methods for achieving the perfect texture. You'll have the opportunity to try your hand at it, gaining a true understanding of the process.
Finally, come together to cook and enjoy your handmade pasta creation, paired with local wines and a decadent homemade tiramisu. This unique experience offers a taste of the rich culinary heritage of the Monferrato region in a picturesque country setting.
