Overview
The first cooking class in Rome to come to life inside a real workshop where every day 7 pastry chefs create wedding cakes, tarts, semifreddos and lots of gelato!
We are very close to metro station line A (10 minutes from the centre of Rome) and we offer a driver service to bring you straight to the laboratory where you will bake for 90 minutes with our experienced and skilled bakers.
During our pastry cooking class you will learn classic italian recipes loved all over the world, Tiramisu, Gelato and Cannoli, their secrets and history;
it's a perfect activity for families, friends and couples... fun and authentic learning are guaranteed.

Join our cooking class in Rome: expert pastry chefs will teach you how to make the Italian tiramisu, Sicilian cannoli, and the beloved gelato, unveiling all the tricks of production and preservation. Hands-on experience guaranteed!
You will have all the tools and ingredients you need to make the three recipes with us and you will receive advice on how to easy replicate them at home.
At the end of the activity, we will wrap your creations so you can enjoy them whenever you want, but first, you won't be able to resist tasting the incredible gelato with your new friends or with your family in our laboratory!
