As a good Neapolitan I can't help but be a fan of pizza! I am a Tour Leader and I show my city and its delicacies to tourists from all over the world through the Neapolitan pizza cooking class on my terrace, which give the opportunity to get to know all the secrets on the recipe of the real Neapolitan pizza.
Once I have collected you from the most congenial meeting point, we will head towards the Pozzuoli port, my neighborhood, a stone's throw from the sea, I will bring you to the discovery of the colorful fruit desks to buy all local specialties together to compose the pizza based on your tastes. Buffalo mozzarella, Fiordilatte, San Marzano tomatoes, Basil, Provola smoked, you choose!
Once you get on the terrace you will begin between a tasting and the other to make your arms work, by making dough from 0.
Once you succeed, the best part comes, you will try to season it and bake it, and then try the best pizza ever, the one made with your own hands!

The meeting point is at Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi, 91, 80142 Napoli NA, right in front of the Central Train Station of Napoli, just outside the entrance of the StarHotel Terminus Napoli. If you prefer to be picked up at another point in the city of Naples for you more comfortable, let me know it on time.
What To Expect
Like all Neapolitans, pizza is one of my favorite dishes, and in this experience I will share with you the secrets of this passion of mine.
As soon as we meet we will go shopping in a typical street market where we will find all the freshest ingredients for
our pizzas.
Then after a 15 minutes ride i will take you to the terrace of my house, where I will welcome you with drinks and appetizers, and then
you will learn from the scratch the method of making a handmade dough, what are its fermentation and maturation times to arrive at an excellent product.
You will roll out the pizza and compose it with the top classic products of a Margherita or a Marinara or whatever you may prefer.
The last part, but certainly the most fun, will be baking it in a real wood-burning oven to cook it at the right point.
In the end your efforts will be plenty rewarded with your tasty delight accompanied by a glass of country wine and an artisanal Gelato as dessert.
If, on the other hand, you have other preferences such as a dinner with homemade pasta, there are no problems, I can customize your experience, you just need to let me know!
