Overview
Our 65-meter high observation tower offers a panoramic view of the city and the river, ans an interactive experience with a unique architectural signature for Montreal. At the entrance, visitors are greeted by three robotic sentinel buoys. At the interpretation platform, fifteen sights highlight points of interest in the city, while interactive installations dot the route. Thanks to augmented reality, visitors discover nine emblematic places or moments in Montreal, as well as nine educational capsules on the Port of Montreal.
The sensory experience is completed by five musical balloons suspended from the ceiling, emitting a variety of sounds depending on visitors' interactions. These balloons become the instruments of a port symphony, allowing visitors to compose their own melody in harmony with the Orchestre Métropolitain's creation, conducted by maestro Yannick Nézet-Séguin.

What To Expect
A new observation tower in the Old Port on the shore of the St. Lawrence River, the Port of Montreal Tower offers an amazing vantage point to admire the city, an interactive experience and a glass cage 55 metres up in the air for thrill seekers. No wonder it’s the top new tourist attraction! To make it even more enjoyable, admission is free for children aged 12 and under with the purchase of an adult ticket at full price. (Promotion valid until May 2024.)
