Reji Church, one of the historical and cultural riches of Şanlıurfa, offers its visitors an unforgettable experience. The structure was erected in 1861 on the ruins of a 6th-century church. Kızılkoyun Caves, one of the historical and cultural riches of Şanlıurfa, offer an unforgettable experience to its visitors. Harran Castle, located in the southeast of the city, consists of two parts: "Inner Castle" and "Lower Wall". The Inner Castle was built adjacent to the city wall. Located in Göktaş Village, 20 kilometers east of Harran district of Şanlıurfa, Han El Barur Caravanserai is located on the Baghdad caravan route. This caravanserai is among the typical examples of Anatolian caravanserais in terms of architecture and also resembles a castle structure. The caravanserai has a monumental entrance on the north facade and two inscriptions on the west wall. Inscriptions state that the caravanserai was built by El-Haj Hüsamettin Ali, son of Isa, in 1228. Considering that the Ayyubids ruled the region during this period, it is understood that the caravanserai was also built during the Ayyubid period. The caravanserai was built with cut stones on a square plan. This caravanserai is seen as one of the most suitable areas to absorb the history and culture of Şanlıurfa.
