- During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying, "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup. In case your accommodation is not a hotel you must indicate your exact address including street name, outside number, interior number, county, postal code and city. - To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or must call us at least 24 hours prior to the visit date purchased. - We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes. - Let us know if you are not in need of transport. - We cannot assure your pick-up at a hotel where you are not a guest considering that some hotel's policies, not allow visitors to access at the property. - The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud. - Upon your pickup, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID for boarding the bus to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park. Please sign the boarding route sheet as your official ID shows. - If by the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us. - You must be 10 minutes early at the assigned location. - Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.
What To Expect
Xavage All Inclusive option is perfect if you're looking for challenge full experience.
Jet boat-Dragonfly: High-speed ride in narrow waterways.
Monster truck-Puma: Obstacle Road to test your driver skill.
Zipline flight-Hawk: Descend from the heights as if you were flying.
Ropes course-Monkey: 4 levels with 28 obstacles in the air. Try the level 2 to take the most wanted picture on a bike at the heights.
Rafting: Latin America’s largest rapids, opening from 12 to 3 pm.
Kayak: Channel surrounded by the vegetation.
To rest try the hammock area or pool with lounge chairs.
The splash and slides are exclusive for children under 12 years.
Unlimited food and non-alcoholic beverages are included, taste them at La Isla restaurant or at Xnack (pizza, hot-dogs, fruits, cookies, coffe & juices)
Xavage Basic Admission is ideal if you're looking for easy adventures, this option includes ropes challenge, in the 1st level is an exit at half-way, the rest of the levels takes about 1 hour or more to complete them (opening hours: From 8:30 am to 5 pm) rafting, kayak, food & non-alcoholic beverages, splash zone, hammock area and pool with lounge chairs.

- Ropes course: Max weight 287 lb-130 kg kg, min height 4 ft -1.20 Mt The max waist circumference of the harness is 51 in - 130 cm and around each leg is 27 in - 70 cm. In case the harness does not fit properly children won't be able to do the activity. Duration 1 hr 15 min. Adult supervision is required.

- All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.
- The activities are not permitted for people with recent surgeries, with prostheses in the inferior extremities nor for pregnant women.
- Maximum weight 287 lb-130 kg and minimum height 4 ft - 1.20 mt for some activities.
- The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.
- Not allowed the use of swimming pools, slides and splashes for people with signs of infections, or contagious diseases. Max age 11 years, minimum age 5 years
- If at the time of completing your purchase you do not have the name of the hotel, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.

- Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
- Some activities require closed shoes and some others water shoes. It is recommended to wear a swimsuit, shorts, comfortable lightweight clothing, towel, biodegradable sunblock and an extra change of clothing. Avoid wearing any object that could be lost.
- Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time. Minimum age: 5 years old.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
